Cancellation Policy

We understand life unpredictable. However, we appreciate a minimum 24 hours’ notice if your appointment needs to be changed. This allows for another client to use the time. If a treatment is being booked that is over an hour or over, we may  require a credit card number to secure your booking; if less than 12 hours’ notice is given, a 25% charge will be drawn. A "from" 50% charge will be made if there is no notice given, and any gift voucher will be forfeited.

 Refund Policy /On line Purchases


As a shopper on our website you have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of our products and receive a full product refund. This applies to unopened undamaged products only, but postage will be charged.


For Dermalogica products we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason you can return the products to us for a refund. Please note we cannot refund postage costs.

If you have benefited from free delivery The Pamper Lounge reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you.

We recommend getting adequate insurance for your return in case of loss in the post.

To receive your refund please follow the instructions below:

  • Email us and advise us of your intention to return your goods and the reasons for the return.
  • Await a reply from us to the email sent.
  • Send your returned goods and a print out of the email we send you to:
